Jon Georg Adalsteinsson is one of InfoMentor’s founders. He is a board member of InfoMentor. Jon has played a big role in creating the opportunity in the German speaking market and managed to get InfoMentor into a pole position in Switzerland.

Frumtak slhf. became a shareholder in December 2010. Frumtak is an Icelandic investment fund, which is owned by the New BusinessVenture Fund, three banks and six pension funds. Frumtak invests in start-up and innovation companies that are post seed and show great potential for growth. It has the objective to invest in companies that can become leaders in their field so they not only show good returns but also contribute to improve the society in which they operate.

NSA (The New Business Venture Fund) has been a shareholder since 2007. NSA is a venture capital investor that takes an active part in businessdevelopment and growth in Iceland by investing in innovative andpioneering firms holding promise. The Fund invests in companies fromwhich it can expect substantial added value, profitability and good returns. Helga Valfells, the Chairman of the board of InfoMentor, is the CEO of NSA.

Other minority shareholders are key employees of InfoMentor.
